All items sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer’s premium 15%, Additional 5% applied for credit card transactions. 6% Sales Tax applied to everything except titled items. If you are tax exempt, please provide completed PA exemption certificate. Pick up must take place within 10 days or subject to a yardage fee and items will be resold. Please call within 24 hours of planned pick up. Please allow 20 business days from payment for receipt of any titles.
