By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer’s premium 15%, Additional 5% applied for credit card transactions. 6% Sales Tax applied to everything except titled items. If you are tax exempt, please provide completed PA exemption certificate. Pick up must take place within 10 days of conclusion of the auction or you will be subject to a daily yardage fee and items will be resold. Please call within 24 hours of planned pick up. Items not removed from property within 30 days will be resold with no refund. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense and liability of the buyer. Please allow 20 business days from payment for receipt of any titles.
Real Estate Terms and Conditions:
10% nonrefundable down payment made day of auction with balance due at closing. No financing contingencies will be entered into the contract. Any required inspections must be completed prior to bidding. Property is being sold as is where is with no warranty written or implied. Property will be sold free and clear of all liens. 60 days give to close. Announcements sale day take precedence over all advertisements published. 10% buyer’s premium will be added to determine final contract price. Name of purchaser on contract must be the name of the winning bidder or an entity which the winning bidder legally represents. No exceptions. Real Estate sold subject to owner confirmation.
