All equipment/listings are sold As Is, Where Is, without warranty, expressed, written or implied. Description and/or year, make, model, brand, weight, fitness, mileages or hour meter, purpose or function are not guaranteed in any way. Information is gathered is from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, the bidder indicates that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them
No Equipment/listing will be released until paid in full. Wire Transfer is only payment accepted. Successful bidder is responsible for wire transfer fees. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing and payment details. Sales Tax will be charged on non-titled items, unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Payment needs to be received within 48 hours from completion of the auction. We will notify buyer when full payment is received and item may be picked up.
Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction. A storage fee of $25.00 daily storage fee will be assessed for each additional day! Any item not picked up within 30 days will be resold and NO refund will be returned to the buyer. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense and liability of the buyer. All sales are final.
Titles for titled listings will be mailed certified mail after 20 days from payment clearing our bank.
