** Due to the mandated restrictions for the Coronavirus by Governor Wolf and out of respect and concern for the health of our staff, bidders and consignors, our Annual Spring Equipment Auction will be hosted ONLINE ONLY. No live auction. Please carefully review all terms and conditions for the auction as they will be strictly enforced. **
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All equipment/listings are sold As Is, Where Is, without warranty, expressed, written or implied. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Description and/or year, make, model, brand, weight, fitness, mileages or hour meter, purpose or function are not guaranteed in any way. Information is gathered is from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice. All sales are final. All sales are final. Expect delays in receiving titles due to the shutdown of notaries in PA. Once shutdown is lifted, please allow 20 days from re-opening of notaries.
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
Credit Cards and Wire Transfers are ONLY method of payment accepted. Cash and Checks will NOT be accepted. 15% buyer’s premium. Successful bidder is responsible for wire transfer fees. Please register with a valid email address for invoicing. Successful bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction close to finalize invoicing, payment details and pick up scheduling. Sales Tax will be charged on non-titled items, unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form. Payment needs to be received within 48 hours from completion of the auction. No Equipment/listing will be released until paid in full.
PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:
Items must be picked up by APPOINTMENT ONLY due to state restrictions mandated by the governor. In addition, several lots are NOT located at our auction facility. Lots are located at different locations. Do not pick up your items without an appointment. Please call Lindsey (443-465-6458) to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. Items must be removed within two weeks of conclusion of the auction. A storage fee of $25.00 daily storage fee will be applied for each additional day. Any item not picked up within 30 days will be RESOLD and NO refund will be returned to the buyer. NO EXCEPTIONS. Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading and removal of items is at the sole risk, expense and liability of the buyer.
